Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. Support conflict resolution and handle employee grievances professionally. Foster a healthy and safe workplace culture. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records in HR databases. Manage attendance, leaves, and timesheet tracking. Prepare HR reports and analytics as required. Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance review processes. Monitor employee performance and support development plans. Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs and workshops. Identify skills gaps and assist in development initiatives. Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and best practices. Support audits and implement improvements where necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of HR experience preferred. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools (e.g., HRIS systems). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
