NPPD CARE is a healthcare and wellness startup building a 360-degree ecosystem of services and products for individuals, corporates, and institutions.
We focus on wellness programs, e-commerce solutions, and digital innovation in healthcare.
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: JD drafting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination
• Maintain applicant tracking sheets and organize candidate databases
• Support onboarding processes and draft basic HR communications (internship letters, welcome notes, etc.)
• Coordinate team feedback cycles, engagement check-ins, and internal updates
• Research and document HR policies, templates, and best practices suited for startups
• Collaborate with founders to support HR planning and operational tasks
• Hands-on HR experience in a real startup environment
• Exposure to lean team-building and remote workforce management
• Certificate of internship and performance-based recommendation
• Priority consideration for future paid roles (based on performance)
• Students or fresh graduates interested in HR or people operations
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Eager to learn and contribute to a fast-moving early-stage venture
