Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Kozhikode. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Responsibilities include performing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Performance Management, Training, and Development skills
• Knowledge of Compliance with Labor Laws and HR Best Practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in an educational or professional degree institution is a plus
