Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Manager located in Ahmedabad, (preferable from hospitality background)The HR Manager will oversee and manage key human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Daily responsibilities include developing HR strategies, executing recruitment processes, aligning HR policies, handling grievances, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The HR Manager will also foster workplace culture and ensure alignment with UpperCrust’s core values.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding, and Workforce Planning
Strong skills in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
Experience with HR Policies, Regulatory Compliance, and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a hybrid setup, demonstrating independence and adaptability
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance for the region
Experience in the food/hospitality industry is a plus
