HR Manager

As a Recruiter, your role will involve on-boarding new joiners, completing joining formalities, and managing the induction process. You will be responsible for recruiting potential candidates for PAN India operations in a timely manner and as per requirements. Your contribution will be crucial in increasing the referral conversion percentage. Additionally, you will manage the full onboarding process for staff at all locations and act as a Single Point of Contact with Department Managers (HODs) and candidates. Maintaining data of employers and job seekers in excel, sending mass mail, and other related activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - On-boarding new joiners and completing joining formalities - Recruiting potential candidates for PAN India operations - Increasing referral conversion percentage - Managing full onboarding process for staff - Acting as a Single Point of Contact with Department Managers and candidates - Maintaining data of employers and job seekers - Handling recruiter duties - Managing Attendance and Leave - Ensuring compliance with Statutory Regulations such as Factories Act, Labour Department, PF, ESI - Administering HR policies and Employee Relations Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in MS Office and Internet Browsing - Strong communication skills (written & verbal) - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow In addition to the above job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement, provided food, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund.
