Role Overview

end-to-end talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and workforce management

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for

    permanent and contract roles

  • Partner with leadership on

    workforce planning, hiring strategy, and demand forecasting

  • Lead and mentor TA teams to meet

    quality, SLA, and closure targets

  • Manage

    client-driven hiring, MSP/VMS requirements, niche skill recruitment

  • Drive sourcing strategy, employer branding, recruitment analytics, cost optimization, and vendor/referral management

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Own

    hire-to-retire HR operations

    including onboarding, confirmations, payroll coordination, and exits
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for

    contract and permanent employees

  • Manage attendance, leave, HRIS, performance processes, employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling

Compliance, Payroll & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with

    Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, audits, and client/MSP governance

  • Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, statutory filings, contracts, and staffing documentation

Leadership & Process Excellence

  • Define and implement HR policies, SOPs, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Track HR & TA metrics, dashboards, and present insights to leadership
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to stakeholders; lead, coach, and scale HR, TA, and Ops teams

Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / Masters in Human Resources or related field
  • 5–10 years of HR experience with

    strong Talent Acquisition exposure

  • Proven background in

    staffing / IT services / consulting

  • Expertise in

    TA, HR Ops, payroll, compliance, MSP/VMS

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS, and reporting tools
