Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
· Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination
· Create and implement HR policies and procedures
· Manage employee grievances and ensure good workplace culture
· Oversee training, performance reviews, and development
· Ensure compliance with labour laws and company standards
· Coordinate with management for manpower planning
· Handle exit formalities and documentation
Skills Required:
· Strong communication and people management skills
· Knowledge of HR processes and labour laws
· Good organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience:
3–6 years preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
