Manage onboarding processes for new employees across all levels. Employee Relations & Union Management Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions effectively. Manage relationships with labor unions and worker representatives. Conduct negotiations and maintain positive industrial relations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations. Mediate conflicts between management and workers. Compliance & Administration Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory acts, and safety regulations. Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESI, bonus, and gratuity. Maintain employee records and documentation. Handle government inspections and audits related to labor compliance. Implement and monitor safety protocols and training programs. Performance & Development Design performance appraisal systems suitable for the manufacturing environment. Develop training programs for skill development of workers. Create safety training modules and ensure regular safety drills. Establish career progression pathways for employees. Compensation & Benefits Design compensation structures for different categories of workers. Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions. Develop employee benefit programs within budget constraints. Handle wage negotiations and increment processes. Policy Development Create HR policies and procedures tailored to the manufacturing environment. Develop employee handbooks and code of conduct. Establish disciplinary procedures and grievance handling mechanisms. Implement attendance and leave management systems.
