HR Manager

The HR Manager - Jewelry position based in ERAL THOOTHUKUDI requires an experienced individual to oversee human resources functions within the jewelry industry. In this role, you will be tasked with formulating and executing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives, overseeing employee relations encompassing recruitment, training, and engagement activities. Moreover, you will be accountable for upholding compliance with industry regulations, labor laws, and company policies. Additionally, managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off will be part of your role. Furthermore, you will design and execute training programs to foster continuous development of employee skills and knowledge. You will also be responsible for overseeing performance management processes, including evaluations and goal setting. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably within the jewelry industry, along with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
