We Are Hiring For #Katargam, Surat @HR Admin Manager Designation: HR Admin Manager  Qualification: MBA HR or Equivalent  Industry: Metal and Chemical Experience: 5to 7 Year Salary Bracket: 30k to 40k  Time: 9 to 6:30 pm  Required Skills: - Identify Staff Vacancies and Recruit, interview and Select Applicants. - Allocate Human Resources, Ensuring Appropriate Matches Between Personnel. - Provide Current and Prospective Employees With information about Policies, Job Duties, Working Conditions, Opportunities For Promotion and Employee Benefits. - Plan and Conduct New Employee orientation to Foster Positive attitude toward organizational Objectives. - For Newly Joining Employees at Branches Outside Corporate office the induction & orientation Should Be Scheduled Within a Month of His Joining at the Branch. - Serve as a Link Between Management and Employees by Handling Questions, interpreting and Administering Contracts and Helping Resolve Work-Related Problems. - Plan, Direct, Supervise, and Coordinate Work Activities of Subordinates and Staff Relating to Employment, Compensation and Employee Relations. - Maintain Records and Compile Reports Concerning Personnel-Related Data Such as Hires, Transfers, Performance Appraisals, and Absenteeism Rates. - Conduct Exit interviews to Identify Reasons For Employee Termination. - Prepare and Follow Budgets For Personnel Operations. - Employee (CSA, Workers) incentive disbursement on time. - Timely disbursement of salary and Compliance for the same. - Mailing minutes of the meetings to the concern persona as well as to the Director. - Activities to provide motivational and inspirational quotes. - Every fortnight Team bonding or team refreshing activities.
