HR Manager – Real Estate & Sales Operations

Our Hyderabad office represents Dubai’s top developers (Emaar, Sobha, Binghatti, Danube, etc.) and also manages local premium projects.

We are building a world-class real estate organization in India and are looking for an experienced HR Manager to establish strong systems in recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end recruitment across sales, marketing, and operations roles (India & Dubai verticals).
• Build onboarding and exit processes with complete documentation and compliance.
• Manage attendance, payroll validation, and incentive payout coordination with finance.
• Implement HR policies, performance review cycles, and disciplinary protocols.
• Conduct one-on-one sessions, handle grievances, and drive retention culture.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and ensure 100% statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with Dubai HR for cross-country reporting and employee alignment.
• Requirements5–8 years’ HR experience, preferably in real estate, sales-driven, or service industry.
• Proven ability to manage 30–50+ employee operations independently.
• Strong communication, confidentiality, and ownership mindset.
• Working knowledge of payroll, compliance, and recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
• Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate immediately.
