Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Manager specializing in Payroll Compliances, based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee and ensure compliance with payroll regulations, manage employee compensation, benefits, and tax filings, and handle payroll data management. Responsibilities include keeping updated with changing labor laws, conducting audits, liaising with government regulatory bodies, and addressing employee payroll queries.



We are hiring an experienced HR Manager with strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labour-related portals.

Experience in the security/manpower industry is preferred. The ideal candidate must be proficient in operating PF, ESI, PT, and Labour Department portals, along with good command of Excel (VLOOKUP) and compliance documentation.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly payroll and salary processing.

• Handle statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, PT—ensuring timely payments and filings.

• Prepare labour compliance documents and coordinate with auditors during vendor audits.

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes adhere to labour laws.

• Liaise with government departments and manage online portal operations.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in payroll processing, tax calculations, and employee benefits management
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies
  • Strong skills in data management, auditing procedures, and detail-oriented reporting
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with payroll software and tools
  • Experience in managing government liaison and conducting compliance-oriented tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; certifications in Payroll Management or Labor Laws are advantageous
  • Proven track record as an HR Manager, preferably within a compliance-focused role
