Job Description

HR Manager | Oil & Gas Fabrication Yard 🌍


📍 Location: Chennai / Hazira


 🧠 Experience: 12 to 18 years

    Proven experience in handling HR operations at a fabrication yard in EPC Oil & Gas Projects



✅ Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations at the fabrication yard including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage workforce planning, deployment, and mobilization for project requirements.
  • Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance redressal, and conflict resolution at the site level.
  • Coordinate with project leadership for manpower forecasting and alignment with execution needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, industrial regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Support training and development initiatives aligned with yard and project requirements.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with audit standards.
  • Interface with contractors and subcontractors for labor deployment and HR coordination.
  • Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives within the yard setup.
