Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Ranchi, specifically within the oil and gas sector. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and talent retention. Responsibilities also include implementing HR policies, handling employee relations concerns, coordinating training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations. Additionally, the HR Manager will work to create a positive work environment and foster effective communication between employees and leadership.

MUST have 3+ years exp in HR from Oil and Gas Industry ONLY

Qualifications

• Human Resource Management and Recruitment experience
• Talent Development and Training Coordination skills
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
• Knowledge of Labor Laws and Regulatory Compliance
• Excellent Communication, Decision-Making, and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and other human resource software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not mandatory
