HR Manager

Role Snapshot:

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the HR function for the mining & manufacturing plant.
  • Driving complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, HRIS, documentation, and exits.
  • Managing recruitment across plant functions.
  • Ensuring statutory compliance under labour laws, Factories Act, record maintenance, and audit support.
  • Handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Preparing HR dashboards, KPI metrics, and monthly reports.
  • Payroll processing, tax compliance, and benefits management.
  • Identifying skill gaps and training needs within the workforce. 

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of HR experience in a 

    manufacturing / plant / factory

     setup.
  • Strong experience in statutory compliance and industrial relations.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu.
  • Hands-on experience in HR operations, HRIS, payroll, and MS Office.
  • Strong people-handling and communication skills.
