As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR strategy and organization development, talent management, structure and succession planning, employer branding and communication, management information/reporting, and other HR activities within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting in HR strategy & organization development - Supporting in talent management, structure and succession planning - Supporting in employer branding & communication - Supporting in management information/reporting - Supporting in other HR activities within the organization To qualify for this position, you will need: - Bachelors/ Masters degree in HR, business, or a related field - Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource - Background in Psychology and Business Strategy highly preferred - 1-3 years of progressive experience in Business HR/Organization Development - Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels, internally and externally - Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills - Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel & Powerpoint, Google Sheets, etc. As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR strategy and organization development, talent management, structure and succession planning, employer branding and communication, management information/reporting, and other HR activities within the organization.
