To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Your creativity and ability to generate new ideas will be essential. Excellent drawing skills are a must, along with the capability to adapt to a wide range of styles and work independently or as part of a team. You should also be willing to adapt and innovate on the job. Proficiency in Photoshop and Flash is required for this position.
