· Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance.
· Develop, implement, and update HR policies aligned with company objectives.
· Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes effectively.
· Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance.
· Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
· Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
· Support management in workforce planning and performance management.
· Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate skill development programs.
· Ensure HR operations run smoothly with confidentiality and integrity.
