Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an HR Manager at Implex Edu. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, conducting employee training, and facilitating conflict resolution. The role also involves contributing to a positive workplace culture and strategically aligning HR initiatives with the organization's mission and goals.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management principles, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Comprehensive understanding of compliance with labor laws, policies, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in employee engagement, conflict resolution, and talent development.
Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and align HR functions with organizational objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Prior experience in the education or non-profit sector is advantageous.
