Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Homzon Excel Services Pvt. Ltd. located in Jabalpur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role entails developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing payroll and benefits administration, handling employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Manager will also ensure that the company attracts, retains, and develops a talented workforce.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and labor laws
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
