Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson based in Jabalpur. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, meeting sales targets, and promoting the company's products and services. Tasks include understanding customer needs, conducting cold calls, setting up and attending customer meetings, providing support to clients, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, including identifying and pursuing sales leads, setting up and attending customer meetings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and develop customer relationships
Ability to meet sales targets and handle pressure effectively
Understanding of customer needs and providing appropriate solutions and support
Basic knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in MS Office tools
An ability to work independently and part of a team
A bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the services sector is a plus
