Role Overview: As a Recruitment and Staffing professional, you will be responsible for creating job descriptions, posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, hiring employees, and managing onboarding processes. Additionally, you will identify training needs, organize learning and development programs, support career development, conduct performance reviews and appraisals.
