Role Summary

high-potential HR Manager

You will work directly with leadership to build a strong team, support rapid scaling, and drive HR excellence across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, consulting, sourcing, and corporate roles.
  • Build a strong hiring pipeline using modern sourcing strategies.
  • Drive employer branding on professional platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).

HR Operations & People Excellence

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Draft and maintain policies, offer letters, appointment orders, and compliance records.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and track OKRs/KRAs.

Culture, Engagement & Organization Alignment

  • Observe team functioning and ensure alignment with company values and goals.
  • Identify gaps in communication, execution, or teamwork and escalate proactively.
  • Drive engagement initiatives, learning programs, and leadership touch-points.
  • Act as the cultural anchor—ensuring professionalism, ownership, and collaboration across teams.

Compensation, Payroll & Compliance

  • Manage compensation structuring for new hires, ensuring internal parity.
  • Support leadership in salary benchmarking and budgeting.
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll processing, statutory deductions, PF/ESIC updates, and monthly HR inputs.
  • Track performance-linked incentives and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, compensation annexures, and revisions with high confidentiality.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with labour laws and statutory norms.

Strategic HR Support

  • Work closely with leadership on workforce planning and role structuring.
  • Support development of compensation frameworks and growth paths.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between India & U.S. teams.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related specialization.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in consulting, engineering, or tech-driven firms.
  • Strong communication (written + verbal) and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
  • High ownership mindset with ability to multitask and independently drive outcomes.
