to lead all aspects of HR practices and processes. Your role will involve supporting business needs, implementing company strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:Oversee and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and other recruitment channels.Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.Employee Relations:Serve as a trusted advisor for employees and management, handling employee concerns and conflict resolution.Promote positive employee relations by fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace.Implement employee engagement initiatives and surveys to improve satisfaction and retention.Manage disciplinary processes and ensure company policies are adhered to.Performance Management & Development:Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and identify development opportunities.Coach managers on conducting performance reviews and providing constructive feedback.Organize training and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.Compensation & Benefits:Oversee the compensation and benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company objectives.Manage payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of compensation and benefits.Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.Recommend changes to benefits programs as necessary to attract and retain top talent.HR Policies & Compliance:Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency across the organization.Keep abreast of local, state, and federal labor laws and ensure the organizations policies comply with regulations.
