Design Head

Sr. Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E.:

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:Lead and inspire a team of designers to execute creative concepts that align with the companys brand identity.Develop and execute design strategies that support the companys business goals and vision.Manage design resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure project completion within deadlines and to a high standard.Mentor and provide direction to junior designers, fostering an environment of growth, learning, and creativity.Creative Direction:Oversee the creative process, ensuring the team consistently delivers exceptional, on-brand designs.Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to create compelling and visually engaging designs for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.Ensure consistency and cohesion of the brands visual identity across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and product designs.Project Management:Manage the end-to-end design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflows and timely delivery.Work closely with other departments to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet business objectives.Provide regular updates on project status and design performance to senior leadership.Innovation & Trends:Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand's design strategies fresh and innovative.Encourage experimentation with new design techniques and innovative approaches to design challenges.Collaboration & Communication:Facilitate effective communication between design, marketing, product, and other departments.Present design concepts to senior leadership and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
