Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HR & Admin operations across office and project sites.
  • Manage site setup, staff accommodation, housekeeping, transport, and security.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Handle vendor management, procurement, AMC, and contract renewals.
  • Prepare HR & Admin MIS reports, budgets, and ensure timely vendor payments.
  • Liaise with government authorities for statutory and license-related work.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and employee engagement activities.
  • Ensure discipline, safety, and smooth functioning of all HR & Admin processes.
