HR Manager - Generalist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and oversee HR operations at our Head Office in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate will handle the full spectrum of HR functions — including recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and statutory compliance — ensuring that HR initiatives align with the company’s strategic goals and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding across all departments.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee record maintenance.
• Ensure statutory compliance with EPF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.
• Design and execute performance management systems and appraisal frameworks.
• Organize employee engagement, welfare, safety, and training programs.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between teams and management.
• Support senior management in manpower planning, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.
• Prepare and present HR reports and MIS for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7 years of HR Generalist experience .
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRMS/ERP systems preferred.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
