Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

*Recruitment & Staffing:

Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.

Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and timely filling of vacancies.

*Employee Relations & Welfare:

Act as the main point of contact for employee grievances and concerns.

Promote a positive and inclusive work culture. Organize employee engagement activities to

improve morale and teamwork. Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and

regulations.

*Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal system and ensure effective feedback mechanisms.

Implement strategies to improve employee productivity and performance.

*Compensation & Benefits:

Ensure competitive compensation packages and benefits for employees.

Administer payroll, bonuses, and other financial rewards.

Ensure adherence to statutory compliance (Provident Fund, Gratuity, etc.).

*HR Administration:

Maintain employee records, attendance, and personal data.

Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies and procedures.

Conduct HR audits and implement improvements as needed.

*Training & Development:

Identify training needs and manage the implementation of training programs.

Coordinate with external training providers and vendors.

Focus on skill development and leadership growth within the company.

*Health, Safety, and Compliance:

Monitor the implementation of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Ensure employees are trained on workplace safety standards.

Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.

*Reporting & Analytics:

Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.

Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

*Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR

preferred).

10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

*Desired Skills:

Experience in handling a large workforce.

Knowledge of payroll management and statutory compliance.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

High level of initiative and the ability to work independently.
