We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our People and Culture team, responsible for fostering a positive work environment and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective people strategies. As the Head of People and Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture and ensuring its alignment with its goals. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that align with the company's overall mission and vision. Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to ensure the organization attracts, nurtures, and retains top talent. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, diversity, and equity. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational design and structure plans. Provide guidance on employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and risk management. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. Job Requirements Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role or industry. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software applications. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
