Qualifications

• Any Graduate / MBA in HR or equivalent
  

Experience

• HR Manager:

  Minimum

  10 years

  of experience in factory HR (pharma preferred; candidates from other industries with ISO/GMP-like standards may also apply)

• HR Executive:

  Open to

  freshers

  as well as experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities

For HR Manager:

• Lead HR operations in compliance with

  GMP and pharma HR standards

• Oversee statutory compliances including

  PF, ESI, labor laws

• Drive HR audits, compliance, and reporting
  
• Develop and implement HR strategy, policies, and employee engagement initiatives
  
• Supervise payroll processing, employee medical check-ups, and record-keeping
  

For HR Executive:

• Support payroll and documentation activities
  
• Assist in employee medical check-ups and compliance records
  
• Maintain GMP-compliant HR documentation
  
• Provide support during HR audits and training programs
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of

  GMP HR documentation and compliance

• Strong understanding of

  payroll and statutory compliances

  (PF, ESI, labor laws)
• Good communication and organizational skills
  
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven

Compensation

• HR Manager:

  25,000 - 35,000 per month (depending on profile and experience)

• HR Executive:

  14,000 - 22,000 per month (depending on profile and experience)
