Job Description

As an HR professional at Infosys, you will be responsible for leading one of the Development Centers in Hyderabad. Your role will involve playing a strategic and consultative part in aligning HR solutions with the organization's vision, culture, and business objectives. You will work closely with business leaders to ensure the seamless implementation of HR strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure seamless employee onboarding and assimilation processes. - Create and nurture a positive work environment while upholding the organizational culture. - Establish and enhance the DC brand in the society to ensure business continuity. - Foster a high-performance work environment and promote diversity and inclusivity. - Safeguard the organization's interests by initiating disciplinary actions when necessary. - Implement DC-wide rewards and recognition programs and suggest solutions to enhance performance, retention, and employee experience. - Manage the Health & Wellness program within the Development Center. - Establish effective communication forums to facilitate interactions between management and employees. Qualifications Required: - MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent degree is preferred. - 15-20 years of experience in HR-ER roles. - Proficiency in English and Telugu is mandatory. Desirable Traits: - Possess a positive attitude and be a levelheaded professional. - Demonstrate leadership abilities to nurture a team of high performers. - Uphold the highest standards of integrity and personal probity. - Communicate effectively with various stakeholders and influence others. - Showcase analytical thinking, prioritize tasks, and adapt to rapid changes. - Stay informed about industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.,
