As an HR Manager in the Real Estate industry based in Chandigarh, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing all HR functions to ensure the smooth business functioning in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Source, hire, and onboard talent across various roles such as sales, site, admin, and corporate functions. - Develop, implement, and update HR policies in alignment with labor laws and company objectives. - Implement appraisal systems, monitor KPIs, and facilitate employee development. - Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, boost morale, retention, and productivity. - Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to bridge them. - Address grievances, enforce company rules, and foster a positive workplace culture. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements. - Proven track record in talent acquisition, policy development, and employee engagement. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
