Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Bengaluru. The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR strategy. Responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, cultivating a positive workplace culture, implementing HR policies, supporting employee development, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role also involves collaborating with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR policies
• Proficient in employee engagement, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop HR strategies that align with organizational objectives
• Experience with HR software and tools is an advantage
• Prior experience in an HR managerial role is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
