Job Description

We are looking to hire an HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource functions for our construction projects and office operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for handling staff and workers’ payroll, attendance, wage processing, and ensuring timely salary disbursement. The role includes managing statutory and HR compliances such as PF, ESI, labour laws, contract labour compliance, minimum wages, gratuity, and maintenance of statutory registers and records. The candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities for staff and site workers, coordinate with site teams for manpower planning, and handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters. The HR Manager should have good knowledge of HR policies, labour laws applicable to construction and industrial projects, and strong computer skills including MS Excel, HR/payroll software, email communication, and MIS reporting. Experience in handling large site manpower and multiple project locations will be preferred. The candidate should be able to work independently, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support management in building a disciplined and compliant workforce.
