Role Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, statutory compliance, and training & development. The role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage a workforce across multiple outlets and service centers.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across showrooms, workshops, sales, and corporate functions.
  • Implement talent management programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Employee Engagement & Training

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
  • Coordinate training programs for sales, service, and support staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, PMS implementation, and career development plans.

Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain proper HR records, payroll coordination, and MIS reporting.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly.

HR Strategy & Leadership

  • Align HR practices with business goals and dealership objectives.
  • Provide HR insights to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Build a positive and performance-driven work culture.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in multi-location workforce management (sales + service teams).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS, Payroll systems.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
