- Manage complete HR operations, including onboarding, induction, and lifecycle management.
- Implement and manage HRMS tools to streamline HR processes.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF registration, ESI, and other employee benefits.
- Prepare and manage salary breakups, payroll sheets, and related reports.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals.
- Support the management with administrative tasks and office operations, especially during the
initial months.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related issues.
- Ensure smooth employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and recruitment as required.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS tools, PF/ESI registration, payroll management, and compliance.
- Proven experience in HR policy creation and implementation.
- Ability to manage day-to-day admin functions effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
