Role Overview: As an HR Manager at Blueberry Digital Labs, you will be responsible for managing 100 to 200 employees, creating and improving documentation, handling recruitment especially for technical profiles like Node.js, conducting campus recruitment, overseeing appraisals, and ensuring effective people management through orientation, communication, training, empowering, and reporting.
