Position: HR Manager

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Requisites:

• Only Females can apply.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software (HRMS).

Responsibilities:

• 1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, site, and back-office roles.

2. Performance Management

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems (KPI/KRA-based).
• Assist in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.

3. Employee Engagement & Retention

• Develop and execute engagement activities to boost employee morale.
• Address employee grievances and maintain a positive workplace culture.

4. Training & Development

• Identify training needs, plan sessions for sales and operations teams.
• Conduct orientation and induction programs for new employees.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HRMS updates.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and documentation.

6. Policy & Process Implementation

• Formulate, review, and update HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure HR policies are aligned with company values and government regulations.
• Develop job descriptions, source candidates, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.
