Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Surat. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, developing training programs, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating training sessions, managing employee records, and implementing HR policies. The HR Manager will also work closely with other departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Interviewing skills
Experience in developing and implementing training programs
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
