Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Counselor role at Bankera Academy, located in Ahmedabad. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding and mentoring students, providing career counseling, and assisting in their placement into the BFSI sector. Daily tasks include developing individual career plans, conducting counselling, taking admissions, achiving sales targets, organizing workshops, and networking with industry professionals to enhance placement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in career counseling or mentoring
• Knowledge of the BFSI sector
• Proficiency in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Business, or related field
• Familiarity with placement processes and industry networking
