Job Description: As a Counselor at our company, you will play a crucial role in guiding students/clients towards making informed decisions regarding their educational and career paths. Your empathetic approach and dynamic personality will be instrumental in providing the necessary support and recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Provide guidance to students/clients on educational or career options. - Understand individual needs and recommend suitable programs or services. - Handle walk-ins, inbound calls, and follow-ups with leads. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in counseling or related field is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to empathize and understand the needs of individuals seeking guidance. Please note that the work schedule for this position is full-time and permanent with a focus on day and morning shifts. In addition to the base salary, a performance bonus is provided.
