Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Counselor located in Ludhiana. The Counselor will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling to students. Key responsibilities include assessing student needs, developing intervention plans, and providing guidance on academic, career, and personal issues. The Counselor will also collaborate with staff and faculty to support student success and well-being.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Experience in academic, career, and personal counseling
• Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and faculty
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Relevant certification or licensure as required by state regulations
