Required HR & Admin Manager Salary : Salary 25k to 50K Qualification : Post Graduate preferably MBA Experience 7 to 8 years experience in HR and Administration · HR with administrative functions like employee onboarding and record-keeping. · Organize company records, reports, documentation, and meetings. · Manage communication and correspondence with internal departments and external stakeholders. · Prepare and analyze reports related to administrative and operational performance. · Supervise and manage administrative staff and day-to-day office operations. · Develop, implement, and improve office policies, procedures, and systems. · Monitor and manage office budgets, supplies, and vendor relationships. · Coordinate facility management, maintenance, and housekeeping services. · Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
