Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor at our company, your role will involve overseeing the final stage of production to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Your leadership skills, quality control experience, and familiarity with SAP systems will be crucial for ensuring smooth production operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate final stage production activities to meet quality and delivery standards. - Monitor production output to ensure compliance with company quality and safety guidelines. - Perform final quality inspections and effectively address non-conformance issues. - Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams for seamless operations. - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting using SAP. - Train and guide production staff to ensure process consistency and productivity. - Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards on the shop floor. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech preferred). - Minimum 4 years of experience in production supervision and quality control. - Proficiency in SAP is highly desirable. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Candidates residing in and around Aluva will be given preference.
