Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure compliance with
PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, Minimum Wages
, and other applicable labor laws.
Handle
monthly PF & ESI returns, challans, reconciliations, and audits
.
Manage
Contract Labour Act compliance
, labor licenses, and statutory registers.
Coordinate and respond to
labor department inspections, audits, and notices
.
Ensure statutory compliance as per
client requirements and SLA norms
.

Union & Industrial Relations

Act as HR SPOC for
union interactions and negotiations
.
Handle
grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic enquiries
.
Support management during
conciliation meetings and labor disputes
.
Maintain
cordial industrial relations
across all locations.

Client & Site Support

Handle
client audits, statutory compliance checks, and escalations
.
Support operations teams in ensuring
manpower compliance and documentation
.
Act as HR point of contact for clients regarding manpower and compliance issues.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
2- 5 years in HR Operations / Compliance / IR
Industry:
Facility Management / Contract Labour / Security / Housekeeping / Manpower Services
Strong hands-on knowledge of
Indian labor laws & statutory compliances
Proven experience in
union handling and industrial relations
Experience managing
large blue-collar workforce
Good communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills
