HR Manager Security Vertical

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end

    HR Generalist functions

    for the Security vertical
  • Handling recruitment for key roles
  • Managing

    payroll processing and statutory labour compliances

  • Implementation of Labour Codes
  • Supporting HR setup for new business and expansion
  • Drafting HR policies, SOPs, letters, and official communications
  • Managing employee records, attendance, and documentation
  • Client audits and client query resolution
  • HR inputs for new business proposals
  • Deployment planning and execution for new business
  • Coordinating with compliance consultants and vendors
  • Preparing and maintaining HR MIS and reports

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of

    labour laws and compliances

  • Good recruitment exposure
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to

    HR software / HRMS

  • Strong drafting and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and guidance in a growing organization
