HR Manager Security Vertical

Industry:

Role Overview

mid-sized security organization

Key Responsibilities

Managing end-to-end
HR Generalist functions
for the Security vertical
Handling recruitment for key roles
Managing
payroll processing and statutory labour compliances
Implementation of Labour Codes
Supporting HR setup for new business and expansion
Drafting HR policies, SOPs, letters, and official communications
Managing employee records, attendance, and documentation
Client audits and client query resolution
HR inputs for new business proposals
Deployment planning and execution for new business
Coordinating with compliance consultants and vendors
Preparing and maintaining HR MIS and reports

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
labour laws and compliances
Good recruitment exposure
Proficiency in
MS Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Exposure to
HR software / HRMS
Strong drafting and documentation skills
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and guidance in a growing organization
