Job Description

Role Overview

planning, organizing, and controlling production operations

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee
daily production activities
including:

Cutting
Punching
Welding
Galvanizing coordination
Packing & dispatch readiness

Prepare
monthly, weekly, and daily production plans
based on sales orders and project timelines.
Ensure achievement of
production targets as per dispatch schedules
.
Optimize
manpower, machines, and materials
to improve productivity and efficiency.
Monitor
shop-floor performance
and resolve production bottlenecks.
Coordinate with
SCM, Stores, and Purchase
for timely availability of raw materials.
Track production status and proactively highlight
delays, risks, and mitigation plans
to management.
Ensure fabrication quality as per
approved drawings, IS standards, and client specifications
.
Maintain and analyze
MIS reports, ERP data, and Excel-based planning tools
.

Preferred candidate profile

1015 years
of experience in
solar structure fabrication or steel fabrication industry
.
Prior experience in
PPC and production leadership roles
preferred.
