Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and update daily

  guard deployment schedules and duty rosters

  .
• Maintain accurate records of

  attendance, shift timings, and leaves

  .
• Coordinate with

  clients

  to understand manpower requirements and address queries.
• Communicate with

  field supervisors and security personnel

  regarding shift changes and site updates.
• Support the

  recruitment process

  by maintaining a database of available guards and scheduling interviews.
• Manage records for

  uniform and ID card issuance

  .
• Maintain

  incident reports, guard feedback, and site compliance documentation

  .
• Assist in preparing

  reports and MIS data

  for management review.
• Coordinate with

  HR and Accounts teams

  to process salary inputs based on verified attendance.
• Ensure all

  operational data is accurately updated and systematically filed

  .

Preferred candidate profile:

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
  

• Experience

  in operations coordination or admin roles (

  security services background preferred

  ).
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Proficient in

  MS Office

  , especially Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up abilities.
  
• Ability to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
