Work Location: Bangalore (Seshadripuram) Experience Required : 3-5 Years Working Days: Monday to Friday Role Responsibilities: 1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for HR and IT roles. 2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. 3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the role. 4. Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance. 5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and organizational needs. 6. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. 7. Ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires. 8. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate details. Skills Qualifications: 1. Proven experience in IT recruitment. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, other job portals). 4. Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation techniques.
