HR Internship

As an HR Intern at our company based in Panipat, you will be part of a dynamic Human Resources team where you will gain valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Assist with end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support employee onboarding activities and documentation. - Help in maintaining HR databases and records, both in digital and physical formats. - Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and training sessions. - Support in coordinating performance reviews and collecting feedback. - Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures. - Prepare reports and presentations as assigned. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Possess good communication and interpersonal skills. - Have basic knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Demonstrate eagerness to learn, handle confidential information, and work well in a team.
